It has been a busy year for me at my FT job and in various other ministry related endeavors and I have not maintain CommanderBill.net as I desire. Like this week, I am currently in Springfield, MO for Summit 2018. As you may know, Awana has ended running Summit and it is now run by the same volunteers which have run it under the supervision of Awana for the last several years. I am humbled to be a part of that team as I focus on the social media and communications for Summit.
If you are interested in finding out about Summit, the national event for high school students using the Journey material, then I encourage you to follow the Summit blog as well as the various social media channels (noted on the right side of the Summit blog, and the bottom of the Summit web site.
I have a lot to share to help encourage, equip, and inform you; but for now it will have to wait until after Summit. Please follow along and learn about this amazing event that your high schoolers can participate. Watch for Facebook Live videos on the Summit Facebook page.
