Last week I had the opportunity to attend the 1st CM Leaders conference hosted by the International Network of Children’s Ministry (INCM). This is the same organization that organizes the Children’s Pastor’s Conference (CPC) in Orlando and San Diego. I have not had the privilege of attending a CPC, though I would really like to one day.
The CM Leader conference was geared for those leading in children’s ministry, not necessarily a “pastor”. If I had to sum it up in three words, I would say humbling, convicting and challenging.
Over the next several days, I will post things I learned and how I plan to apply them to myself and my ministry. Some I have already begun to initiate. My hope is you can take some of the things I have learned and apply it to your ministry.
