Awana Customer Care personnel are the ones that have had a large impact by the recent shipping issue. These are people seeking to do their best to help churches with the information that they have available.
Through this recent season, they have been spoken to harshly by some of Awana’s customers, have been called liars, and have not always been treated with respect. It has been a difficult season for them.
As you pray, please pray thanking God for their hearts, and for their service. Pray that these servants will be encouraged. That they might feel appreciated. That they might be strong in the midst of the adversity that they face as they deal with churches. Pray for them as they continue to show God’s love as they handle customer complaints, concerns, and questions.
